Physical Training
What We Offer
Strength and Conditioning is a key component to overall physical health. Coupled with chiropractic care, we will optimize the body’s overall mobility, stability and strength. We endorse everyone to have an active physical lifestyle that supports their daily goals and objectives. Our goal is to integrate physical training into your whole wellness plan to assist other members on your health team, including medical doctors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists.
How We Work Together
There are two ways we work with you in our gym space using our brand-new FreeMotion Genesis functional trainer, as well as TKO dumbbells, kettlebells, and weight plates.
You come to us with joint, muscle, and/or other soft tissue issues, and we utilize chiropractic rehab to transition into strength and conditioning. The chiropractic rehab will include manual therapy such as adjustments and soft tissue mobilization. In addition, we will prescribe corrective exercises to restore mobility, stability and baseline strength for daily activities. Finally, we will integrate more advanced physical training, such as circuit and plyometric training (higher intensity exercises with less rest time). The ultimate goal is to take your endurance, power and strength to the next level.
You come to us at a beginner or intermediate level of fitness looking to advance your current workout routine. We will do this using a combination of traditional weightlifting, as well as circuit and plyometric training (higher intensity exercises with less rest time) using your own bodyweight and strength equipment.
